Role Overview
Werenot hiring a traditional caller werehiring a Growth Architect aligned to US markets.
Someone who sits at the intersection of Data Science, Technical Pre-Sales, and AI-Orchestrated Outreach operatingduring US EST hours and engaging directly with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leaders across North America.
In this role,youlllead our Value-First outreach strategy, using a sophisticated AI tech stack toidentifyhigh-intent US prospects and engage them with data-backed insights.
Your goal is to bridge the gap betweeninitialcuriosity and technical solutioning ensuring every discovery call is 50% qualified before it begins.
Your North Star: Generate 20+ qualified executive-level discovery calls per month through AI-assisted campaigns targeting US enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Orchestration: Design andmaintainautomated Research-to-Reachout workflows using Clay, Zapier, Apollo, and AI agents. Use LLMs to extract and synthesize insights from 10-Ks, earnings transcripts, press releases, and industry reports.
- Strategic Multi-Channel Outreach: Run multi-threaded campaigns targeting C-suite stakeholders across LinkedIn, executive email, and structured insight-led cold calls during US hours.
- Technical Pre-Sales Discovery: Conduct initial discovery sessions to map prospects ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and uncover reconciliation or treasury workflow friction points.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Marketing to execute highly targeted LinkedIn Ad and InMail campaigns for US-based Tier-1 enterprises.
- Narrative Engineering: Translate complex AI and fintech capabilities into CFO-level problem-solution narratives anchored in ROI and working capital logic.
- CRM Intelligence:Maintaina structured CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce),analyzeconversion trends, and continuously refine AI-driven hooks and messaging.
- US Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with US sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline quality and qualification standards.
WhatWereLooking For
- 14 years in Outreach, Pre-Sales, or Growth Marketing within a B2B FinTech / SaaS environment.
- Comfortable working exclusively in US EST hours (7 PM3 AM IST).
- The Tinkerer Mindset: Youdontjust prompt AI you build workflows around it.
- Financial literacy and basic understanding of O2C, treasury, or working capital management.
- Strong executive communication skills confident engaging senior US finance stakeholders.
- Technical fluency ability to discuss APIs, ERP integrations, and data security ata high level.
- Experience or strong aptitude for tools like Apollo.io, Clay,PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and modern AI tooling.
