Objective
Drive revenue growth by selling Growistos services to large enterprise clients while consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate enterprise leads through cold calling and other sales channels; build a robust pipeline by engaging decision-makers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships, understand client needs, and act as the primary point of contact.
- Sales Process Management: Use consultative selling to tailor solutions and move leads from first contact to onboarding.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, identify improvement areas, and report performance to leadership.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex enterprise contracts to secure favorable outcomes.
Requirements
- 13 years of B2B sales experience
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
