Role:Growth Strategist

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years


Objective

Drive revenue growth by selling Growistos services to large enterprise clients while consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate enterprise leads through cold calling and other sales channels; build a robust pipeline by engaging decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships, understand client needs, and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Process Management: Use consultative selling to tailor solutions and move leads from first contact to onboarding.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, identify improvement areas, and report performance to leadership.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex enterprise contracts to secure favorable outcomes.


Requirements

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
