Role: Growth Specialist (Jr.)

Role Objective

We are looking for a high-ownership professional to manage the end-to-end patient onboarding journey. You will be responsible for closing leads from both online (digital marketing/social media) and offline (conference/clinic referrals) channels. Beyond just calling, you will own the Patient Experience Operations, ensuring that every lead is converted into a scheduled, trained, and satisfied user.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Lead Closing: Take full ownership of converting leads generated from digital ads (Online) and on-ground events/conferences (Offline).
• Patient Experience Operations: Manage the entire onboarding workflowfrom the initial inquiry and Patient ID creation to the first training session.
• Execution of Strategy: Implement the patient engagement plan, ensuring zero lead leakage and timely follow-ups within defined SLAs.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure devices reach patients on time (via Porter/DTDC) so sessions can be initiated without delay.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the patient journey (e.g., hardware issues or scheduling conflicts) and execute solutions to improve the conversion rate.

Requirements

• Ownership Mindset: You don't just "make calls"; you own the result. You are responsible for the patient saying "Yes" and completing their first session.
• Education: Open to any backgroundyour track record of closing leads and managing operations is what counts.
• Communication: Highly persuasive and empathetic verbal communication.
• Execution Skills: Ability to multitask between calling, scheduling on WhatsApp (WATI), and coordinating logistics.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales operations, healthcare startups, or customer success is a major plus.
