The Role: Client Success Specialist
This is not a typical sales role.
Its built for someone who wants to own the full client journey not just close deals and walk away.
Youll be paired with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive. Together, you operate as one unified pod managing everything from the first conversation to long-term account growth.
Your mission is simple:
- Bring in the right clients
- Understand their hiring challenges deeply
- Position GoodSpace as a long-term strategic partner

Your TA partner delivers outcomes.
Together, you build accounts that grow.
What Youll Own
- Lead client relationships from first outreach to long-term renewal
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with your TA partner to deliver high-quality hires fast
- Maintain a strong pipeline and a clean, insight-driven CRM
- Analyze performance data to drive upsells, retention, and expansion
- Represent GoodSpace.ai as the polished, modern face of intelligent hiring
What You Bring
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment business development
- Strong closing ability with clear, structured communication
- Confidence presenting to founders, HR leaders, and CXOs
- A metrics-first mindset pipeline health, conversions, revenue
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Bonus Points
- Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services
- Exposure to account-based sales or recurring revenue models
- Understanding of hiring cycles and talent pipelines
