What Youll Actually Do

• Turn Beep into the most talked-about student platform on campus
• from college fests to hostel rooms.
• Build & lead a 100+ Campus Ambassador Army across India.
• Design viral campus campaigns that students want to be part of
• (not forced posters nobody reads).
• Crack college partnerships for branding + recruitment solutions.
• Own the Influencer Marketing engine strategy to execution.
• Run daily growth experiments
• funnels, onboarding hacks, referral loops, retention playbooks.
• Work hands-on with Product & Sales to improve:
• Acquisition
• Activation
• Retention
• Revenue
• Build systems for:
• Account management
• Campaign tracking
• Performance dashboards
• ROI measurement
