Growth & Social Media Marketer (D2C Wellness Startup)

Im building a modern breathing wellness brand and looking for someone to take ownership of marketing execution across content and performance.

This is an early-stage role with real responsibility. Not an internship. Not just posting reels.

You will be responsible for building and executing our digital growth engine.

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Build and manage the Instagram content calendar
• Plan and execute reels, static posts, and brand storytelling
• Develop hooks, scripts and content angles
• Adapt trends without diluting brand positioning

2. Performance Marketing

• Run and manage Meta ad campaigns
• Test creatives, audiences and messaging angles
• Track and optimise CAC, CTR, CPM, ROAS
• Set up basic funnels and retargeting flows

3. Creative Testing & Growth Experiments

• Launch weekly creative experiments
• Identify winning formats and double down
• Work on influencer collaborations and UGC sourcing
• Support product launches and campaign drops

Youll work directly with me on positioning and direction, but execution ownership will be yours.

• 13 years experience in D2C / performance / social marketing
• Hands-on Meta ads experience (not just theoretical)
• Strong understanding of short-form content psychology
• Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
• Comfortable analysing performance data
• High ownership mindset

This is a startup environment.

You will handle both content and performance.
