Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager.
You will own and drive profitable growth across D2C and marketplace channels. This role goes beyond running ads. You will be responsible for architecting scalable acquisition systems, optimizing funnels, improving blended CAC, and driving contribution-focused revenue growth.
You will:
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube and other performance channels
- Optimize blended MER, CAC and LTV
- Improve website conversion rates, AOV and retention metrics
- Manage marketplace advertising performance including ACOS and TACOS
- Build structured experimentation frameworks across creatives and funnels
- Leverage analytics and cohort data to unlock scalable growth
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, supply chain and tech teams
- Own weekly growth dashboards and revenue reporting
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on topline and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within a D2C or consumer brand
- Must have independently handled and scaled Meta Ads budgets of 1 crore or more per month in previous roles
- Proven experience driving user acquisition and retention profitably
- Strong understanding of blended CAC, MER, LTV/CAC and contribution margin
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics, web analytics and performance measurement
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale
- Experience building structured experimentation frameworks across creatives and funnels
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing and automation flows
- Ability to think strategically while executing with speed
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field
