What Youll Do:

  • Own outbound sales effortsidentify, reach out, and nurture leads in the India market (Real Estate and Financial Institutes).
  • Use cold email marketing tools (Apollo, Instantly & other similar ones) to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, Whatsapp, Facebook, and other relevant channels to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and drive outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the customerstay close to users, gather feedback, and relay insights to the engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.
  • Work directly with the founders and gain firsthand experience in a high-growth digital contract management startup.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI-driven end to end contract management.


What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
  • Active user of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
  • Strong customer-centric mindsetactively listens to client feedback and advocates for user needs in product discussions.
  • Understanding of the Indian contract management process, including knowledge of regional variations.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining personalized and effective engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about AI-powered solutions.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Response rates & engagement from outbound email & social outreach.
  • Number of meetings booked with relevant prospects.
  • Pipeline generated from outbound efforts.
  • Lead conversion & closed deals from outbound sales.
  • Quality and frequency of customer feedback loops leading to product improvements.
