Role Summary

Oraton is looking for a market-facing growth professional who enjoys talking to customers, building relationships, and learning from the field .

In this role, youll work closely with partners and users to help Oraton enter new markets, run pilots, and understand real customer needs. This is not a sales role and not a performance marketing role its about access, adoption, and insight .

What you will do

• Build relationships with partners, institutions, and communities
• Speak regularly with customers and partner users to understand:
• Their problems
• How they use Oraton
• Whats missing or unclear
• Support pilots, trials, and partner-led onboarding
• Share clear market insights with product and internal teams
• Help Oraton expand into new cities, segments, and ecosystems

• You like building things from scratch and learning fast
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers, partners, and stakeholders on calls and in person
• Strong listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions
• Ability to clearly summarize customer conversations and share insights with internal teams
• Confidence to represent Oraton in external conversations
• Curious, empathetic, and open-minded approach to understanding customer needs
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in new or ambiguous markets
