The brand is live. The foundation is strong. The roadmap ahead is ambitious.

What were looking for now is deep, hands-on ownership of D2C growth .

Were opening up conversations for a Growth Cofounder / Growth Partner who:

• Has real D2C experience across performance marketing, marketplaces, funnels, and numbers
• Has personally run campaigns , read reports, questioned agencies, and fixed what wasnt working
• Understands how beauty / FMCG D2C works on the ground
• Is not looking for a salary-first role, but for ownership and long-term upside
• Is based in India (Mumbai strongly preferred) and can be present when it matters

The intent is to step into an ownership role , not a clientvendor setup.This is not advisory , and its not a retainer relationship . And might not be for everyone .

Its for someone who wants to build, get their hands dirty, and take responsibility for outcomes.

The structure is intentionally flexible:

• Equity or sweat equity
• Profit / revenue share
• Investment + equity (optional, not mandatory)
