Backed by 50+ years of Bollywood and OTT expertise, we've launched with 30k installs in 3 weeks and are building India's most addictive entertainment format for 700M+ mobile viewers.

Growth Officer

We're hiring aGrowth Officerto own user acquisition, activation, and retention as we scale KLIP from30k to 10M installs by end of 2026. You'll lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, OEM partnerships), optimize CPI/CAC across channels, run rapid experiments, and build scalable growth systems from the ground up. This is a high-impactrole where your work directly drives the company's trajectory.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full growth funnel: acquisition activation retention
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google UAC, Meta, influencer partnerships)
• A/B test creative, targeting, and onboarding flows to improve conversion
• Track and optimize CPI, CAC, LTV, and cohort retention metrics

What We Need:

• 10+ years in growth/performance marketing in B2C (media and entertainment industry AND/OR FinTech PREFERRED)
• Deep experience with Google/Meta ad platforms and mobile attribution tools
• Strong analytical skillscomfortable with dashboards, cohorts, and unit economics
• Proven track record scaling apps from early stage to millions of users
• Scrappy, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
