About
We are building two high-potential, e-commerce-first brands and are at a growth
inflection stage and looking for someone who can think like a category head and
execute like an owner.
Role Objective
Own marketplace growth and performance across brands.
Drive structured revenue growth, improve conversion and profitability
This is not a catalog or operations role. This is a growth ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Growth Ownership
Own SKU-level performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit
Track revenue, conversion rate, traffic, TACOS, and profitability
Identify growth levers: pricing, bundles, offers, cross-sell, new launches
Improve hero SKU performance and portfolio mix
2. Listing & Conversion Optimization
Continuously optimize listings (content, keywords, images, A+ content)
Improve conversion rate through data-backed changes
Monitor review patterns and customer sentiment
Collaborate with designers for conversion-focused creatives
3. Competitor & Category Intelligence
Conduct structured weekly competitor benchmarking
Track pricing trends, offer strategy, ranking shifts
Identify whitespace opportunities in category
4. Ads & Performance Coordination
Work closely with external ads agency
Align ad strategy with SKU priorities
Monitor TACOS and profitability
Ensure ad investments translate into business growth
5. D2C & Website Growth
Emhance website. Improve website conversion basics (PDP structure, bundles, offers)
Align marketplace messaging with brand narrative
Support performance marketing initiatives with strong landing structure
6. Reporting & Business Visibility
Build and maintain weekly dashboards
Present structured performance reviews
Flag risks and opportunities proactively
Recommend action plans instead of just reporting data
Ideal Candidate Profile
25 years in:
Amazon brand management
D2C startup
Marketplace category role
Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central
Experience working with performance marketing teams or agencies
Managed revenue-linked KPIs
