Job Description

Chargebee is looking for a curious, analytical Growth Marketing Specialist to support and execute core growth initiatives with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation.


This role is designed as an entry-level launchpad into growth marketing. Youll work hands-on on experiments across landing pages and funnels, support growth campaigns, and help turn insights into measurable impact. Reporting into the Growth Marketing team, youll learn how modern growth teams operate by testing, learning, and iterating fast.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Support and Execute CRO Experiments: Own day-to-day execution of CRO initiatives across key funnels. Help plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages, signup flows, and conversion paths.

2. Analyze Funnel Performance and User Behavior: Use analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities. Turn data into clear experiment ideas and insights.

3. Assist in Growth Campaign Execution: Support growth initiatives across website, lifecycle, and campaigns. Coordinate with design, PMM, front-end dev teams to ship experiments and variations quickly.

5. Measure, Learn, and Iterate: Track experiment performance, maintain reports, and contribute to a growing experimentation and learnings repository.

6. Own the Details: Handle small but important growth tasks that help the team move faster and keep experimentation running smoothly.


Must-Haves

  • 12 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or experimentation
  • Strong interest in CRO, experimentation, and data-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with GA4
  • Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets
  • Bias for action and willingness to learn quickly
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar tools
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or tech environments
