Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven, performance focused Mobile Acquisition Marketer to lead user growth across our early learning digital products, HOMER (learn to read) and codeSpark (learn to code) . This role owns paid user acquisition end-to-end, developing strategy, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling channels to achieve ROAS-positive growth. The position blends analytical rigor, strong marketing instincts, and deep expertise in the mobile ecosystem within a mission-driven education environment.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and scale mobile acquisition strategies across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns focused on efficiency, scale, and high-quality users
- Design structured testing frameworks (creative, targeting, bidding) to improve ROAS, CPI, CPT, and retention
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel from impression to trial, subscription, and retention ensuring healthy CLTV:CAC ratios
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to meet monthly acquisition and cost targets
- Partner with analytics and product teams to enhance attribution and measurement
Creative Development
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing video, static, and UGC assets
- Drive creative iteration through A/B testing and performance insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product and engineering teams to run A/B tests improving trial starts and subscription conversion
- Ensure accurate event tracking and attribution with data teams
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Market & Channel Expertise
- Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes (ATT, SKAdNetwork), and emerging UA opportunities
- Manage relationships with platform partners and vendors
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 46+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing
- 13 years in consumer subscription businesses, preferably trial-based products
- Hands-on expertise managing multi-million-dollar budgets across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and Apple Ads
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, experimentation, and performance modeling
- Experience with mobile attribution tools such as Appsflyer
- Solid understanding of iOS privacy changes and mobile measurement
- Proven ability to optimize toward ROI/ROAS
