Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager to help expand our business ecosystem and accelerate user growth.

This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground business development, partnerships, and growth experiments rather than only desk marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard local businesses, including:
  • PUC (Pollution Under Control) centres
  • Restaurants & cafs
  • Salons & spas
  • Clothing & retail stores
  • Other service-based businesses
  • Explain Ta-Da AIs value proposition and close partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships.

Growth & User Acquisition

  • Drive app installs through on-ground and digital initiatives.
  • Promote subscriptions and recurring usage among users.
  • Execute referral, offer-based, and partnership-driven growth campaigns.
  • Build Direct and Partner Teams in chosen locations
  • Identify new growth channels and test innovative ideas quickly.

Marketing & Activation

  • Support local activations, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with digital/content teams for campaign execution.
  • Collect customer and partner feedback and share insights with the core team.

Reporting & Ownership

  • Track partnerships closed, installs driven, and subscription conversions.
  • Share weekly progress updates and growth insights.
  • Take ownership of assigned locations, categories, or campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to sell ideas and partnerships, not just products.
  • Hands-on, self-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Comfort with field work, cold outreach, and negotiations.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, app installs, and subscriptions.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

  • 02 years experience in:
  • Growth, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Startup, consumer internet, fintech, or local commerce platforms
  • Experience working with local businesses or merchant onboarding is a strong plus.
  • College students / MBA students / early-career professionals with strong hustle are welcome.

  • Fixed Monthly pay plus Performance-based incentives [15000-30000]
