About the Role:
We are an early-stage startup currently in the product development phase, building a new-age digital product. As we prepare the foundations for launch, we are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to work closely with the founder and help execute growth and go-to-market strategies on the ground.

This role is ideal for someone with 4-6 years of experience who has moved beyond basics, but still enjoys being hands-on. Youll be helping translate strategy into action - running experiments, creating content, supporting partnerships, and learning what actually works in the market.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role, not a senior leadership position.

What You Will Do:
1. Growth & GTM Execution
Execute growth and GTM initiatives in collaboration with the founder
Run experiments across content, communities, partnerships, and distribution
Track outcomes and share clear learnings

2. Content & Creative Marketing
Plan and execute content across social media, blogs, email, and campaigns
Contribute creative ideas for launches and experiments
Coordinate with designers or creators for creatives
Ensure messaging is clear, user-focused, and consistent

3. Research & Market Understanding
Conduct structured research on users, competitors, and market trends
Gather insights from desk research and user feedback
Convert insights into actionable inputs for content and GTM

4. Partnerships & Outreach Support
Identify potential partners, communities, or collaborators
Support outreach and coordination for early partnerships
Help execute co-marketing or pilot initiatives

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and tech teams to align marketing execution with product readiness
Support founder-led initiatives with coordination and follow-through

Who You Are:
  • 46 years of experience in growth, marketing, content, or early-stage roles
  • Experience working on B2C digital products or apps is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable executing independently with limited hand-holding
  • Creative thinker who also works in a structured and organised way
  • Clear, confident communicator written and spoken
  • Curious, forward-looking, and open to learning new tools and approaches
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
This Role Is Not:
  • Not a senior leadership role
  • Not a strategy-only or deck-heavy role
  • Not a people-management role
