About the Position
We are looking for an AI-savvy Growth Specialist who can build and scale lead generation engines using automation, AI tools, and data-driven experimentation.
This person will not just execute campaigns they will identify growth opportunities, propose new initiatives, build systems using AI tools, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-Led Lead Generation
- Build and optimize outbound and inbound lead generation systems
- Use AI tools for prospect research, enrichment, personalization, and sequencing
- Automate workflows across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and marketing platforms
- Create scalable lead pipelines for enterprise and mid-market segments
2. Growth Experiments & New Initiatives
- Propose and execute AI-powered growth experiments
- Identify new acquisition channels (communities, partnerships, automation funnels)
- Build micro-campaigns to test ICP segments and new markets
- Run rapid A/B experiments and optimize based on data
3. Marketing Automation & AI Orchestration
- Integrate AI tools into marketing and sales workflows
- Build GPT-powered workflows (content, research, outbound personalization, reporting)
- Reduce manual effort through automation and smart systems
- Improve marketing productivity and speed-to-execution
4. Data & Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs: SQLs, MQLs, CAC, response rates, pipeline velocity
- Build dashboards and attribution models
- Optimize lead quality, not just volume
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in B2B lead generation (especially outbound)
- Hand on experience and exposure in D2C/B2C.
- Understanding of ICP building and persona-based targeting
- Automation mindset knows how to connect tools and create workflows
- Data-driven decision maker
- Strong copywriting for cold outreach and positioning
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS / AI companies
- Experience with ABM campaigns
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools
- Basic understanding of APIs / no-code tools
