About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own paid digital growth . This role sits at the intersection of creativity and dataensuring that growth is efficient, measurable, and aligned with the brands premium positioning.

What Youll Do

Lead paid marketing strategy across Meta and Google platforms

Plan and manage advertising budgets across both brands

Build full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and retargeting

Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion quality

Collaborate closely with creative teams on ad narratives and testing

Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Support collection launches, festive periods, and special drops

Share performance insights and growth learnings with leadership

Who Were Looking For

47 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C brands

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Comfortable balancing scale with brand sensitivity

Experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM

Prior exposure to premium or luxury brands preferred
