Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, influencers, app installs, SEO, etc.)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period
  • Drive rapid experimentation on creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages to unlock scalable growth
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to improve onboarding and conversion rates across the user funnel
  • Track and analyze acquisition performance using tools like GA, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and partnerships to diversify growth
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and design teams to build high-performing creatives
  • Own weekly/monthly growth reporting and present clear insights and recommendations to leadership
