About the Role

This is the founding team role, you will be #1 hire in the growth team and will have an opportunity to level up to become a CXO role in few years.

What You'll Do

Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads from ground zero

Drive creative strategy and ad iteration to maximise ROAS

Own the full growth funnel: CAC, LTV, conversion optimisation

Partner with product and content teams to align offerings with user insights

You're a Fit If

3-5 years scaling performance marketing for consumer apps or content platforms

You've taken a vertical from 0 to 1M+ downloads

Fluent in Hindi (our core audience)

Thrive in ambiguity and scrappy, high-autonomy environments

Bonus: If you are an active creator with your own IG/YT channel
