Role Description

With 5-5 years of experience, this is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing marketing projects, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. The Growth Marketing Manager will also oversee marketing automation, web analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROI, ROAS, and cost efficiency.
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels
  • Drive targeted campaigns to increase customer acquisition
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing dashboards.


Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

MBA in Marketing is a plus

  • 56 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
  • Experience working with D2C brands, retail, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred.
