Atoa is an FCA-authorised FinTech building the UKs leading Pay by Bank solution for mid-market businesses. Were growing fast and looking for our first dedicated marketing hire to drive pipeline. Based in London, Atoa is FCA-authorised, rated "Excellent" on Trustpilot, and backed by the investors behind PayPal, Xero, Wise, and Pine Labs.
Role Description
We're looking to add an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to our experienced global management team. Based remotely across India, you'll own the entire marketing function end-to-end - strategy through execution - on collab with our Founding Team. This is a hands-on, demand-gen role focused on generating pipeline, not brand awareness.
What you'll own
- SEO-led inbound (organic growth)
- Outbound (email, LinkedIn, ABM)
- Content strategy (with 1 direct report)
Success = Pipeline
- Increase inbound MQLs via SEO
- Generate qualified conversations via outbound
- Build a scalable content engine
- Implement clear attribution (whats working, whats not)
What You'll Do
- SEO & Inbound: Drive organic traffic, improve website conversion
- Outbound: Run email + LinkedIn campaigns, support SDR pipeline
- Content: Own messaging, blogs, case studies, LinkedIn
- Analytics: Track MQLs, pipeline, ROI (HubSpot or similar)
- Brand (secondary): Support PR, launches, announcements
Who You Are
- 57+ years in B2B marketing (FinTech/SaaS preferred)
- Strong SEO + outbound experience (hands-on)
- Proven ability to use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency (SEO workflows, content production, outbound personalisation)
- Experience targeting UK/EU/US markets
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution
- Managed (or ready to manage) at least 1 report
- Excellent written English
Not a fit: Brand-only marketers, B2C backgrounds, or those expecting large teams.
