About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Engineer / Growth Engineer with 810+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a clear orientation toward the technical side of performance .

This role focuses on attribution , funnel measurement , campaign learning , and performance analysis ensuring that digital marketing decisions are guided by accurate signals, reliable data, and correct interpretation . You will work on how campaigns are structured, tracked, measured, and optimized , with an emphasis on measurement integrity and platform behavior.

Your impact comes from improving tracking foundations , strengthening attribution logic , and refining signal quality , so that advertising platforms learn efficiently and performance becomes stable and explainable over time . The role prioritizes technical clarity, disciplined analysis, and informed optimization .

This position is suited for a digital marketer who is comfortable working with measurement frameworks, attribution models, and funnel-level data , and who can identify where performance issues originate and address them through technical and analytical improvements .

We will be targeting small and medium-sized businesses across India, typically companies with 20 Crore+ annual turnover.

What Youll Take Charge Of

• Attribution & Measurement Integrity
• Establishing and maintaining attribution logic and measurement frameworks that accurately reflect real performance and business outcomes.
• Funnel Design & Signal Quality
• Defining funnel-level measurement and ensuring signals are meaningful, consistent, and representative of user intent across stages.
• Platform Learning & Optimization Logic
• Improving campaign learning efficiency by strengthening signal inputs and addressing factors that impact learning stability and reliability.
• Performance Diagnostics
• Analyzing outcomes beyond surface metrics to identify issues rooted in measurement gaps, attribution inconsistencies, or funnel misalignment .
• Tracking Consistency & Data Confidence
• Ensuring tracking integrity and data consistency across platforms so insights are dependable and decisions are well-founded.
• System-Level Performance Improvement
• Driving improvements through technical and analytical refinement of how campaigns are measured and interpreted.
