Job Description

In this role, youll own end-to-end demand generation for either Holidays business or Visa business across CRM channels. Youll design campaign strategies, build customer cohorts, work closely with creative teams, and continuously optimise performance using data and insights. Your work will directly impact engagement, bookings, and customer love for Holidays/Trips, or Visa Category on Scapia.


What Youll Do

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

Own the CRM demand strategy for the Holidays category across push, email,

in-app messages, and WhatsApp

Plan and execute always-on and seasonal campaigns that drive discovery, intent,

and bookings

Build clear campaign narratives that combine strong creative ideas with commercial

goals


Customer Cohorting & Personalisation

Define customer cohorts based on behaviour, spend, travel intent, and lifecycle stage

Personalise messaging, creatives, and offers to improve relevance and conversion

Design journeys that move users from inspiration to consideration to booking

Creative & Visual Execution

Partner closely with design and copy teams to deliver compelling, on-brand creatives

Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all CRM touchpoints

Continuously test formats, layouts, and messaging to improve performance

Data, Experimentation & Optimisation.

Track campaign performance using key metrics like opens, clicks, conversions,

bookings, and revenue

Run experiments across cohorts, creatives, timing, and channels to drive incremental

lift

Use insights to refine campaign strategy and lifecycle journeys on an ongoing basis

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with category, product, analytics, and marketing teams to align

campaigns with supply, pricing, and seasonality

Provide clear briefs and feedback to enable fast, high-quality execution

Share learnings and insights regularly with stakeholders to inform category planning


What Were Looking For

3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or

demand generation roles

Hands-on experience managing campaigns across push, email, in-app, and

WhatsApp

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, cohorting, and lifecycle journeys

Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making

Comfort working with analytics dashboards and drawing actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

High ownership, bias to action, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment

Genuine interest in travel and a knack for getting people excited about holidays
