Were looking for a Growth Marketer (02 years experience) who is excited about building distribution, experimenting with new channels, and scaling early-stage growth.

This is a high ownership role where youll work closely with the founding team and directly impact user growth.

What Youll Do

Run growth experiments across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, communities, and email

Create and distribute high-performing content (posts, threads, short-form copy)

Identify new acquisition channels and test them rapidly

Manage LinkedIn outreach and community engagement

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for signups and conversions

Work on launch campaigns, waitlists, and growth loops

What Were Looking For

02 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing, or startups

Strong understanding of social media and internet culture

Excellent copywriting skills

Comfortable with experimentation and fast execution

Bonus: experience with Notion, HubSpot, Apollo, or marketing tools
