Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer at our office in Noida. The Growth Marketer will strategize and implement growth marketing tactics, identify marketing opportunities, and optimize conversion rates. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing and web analytics data, designing experiments, generating qualified leads, and employing growth hacking techniques. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
• Experience in developing Lead Generation strategies
• Ability to analyze data effectively and derive actionable insights
• Proven track record of optimizing marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 5- year prior experience in digital marketing & SEO is mandatory
