This is a full-time, on-site Growth Marketer position based in Pune. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns based on marketing analytics, and implementing innovative growth hacking techniques. Additionally, the role includes leveraging web analytics for actionable insights and driving lead generation to support business growth.

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies
• Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
• Ability to develop and execute effective Lead Generation strategies
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the construction or building repair industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
