About the Role

Were looking for a Growth Marketer who understands that great content is only half the game: the real magic lies in how its distributed .

In this role, youll create distribution channels that drive organic growth for brands. From planning growth hacks, trending narratives, to figuring out the best way to seed, repurpose, and distribute content across platforms, youll be responsible for ensuring that the campaign gets its maximum organic mileage with impact.

Youll work closely with the strategy and content teams to turn insights into campaigns that organically and consistently grow communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic distribution strategies to maximise visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube
• Identify and implement growth hacks to boost engagement, impressions, and audience retention.
• Repurpose content intelligently across channels and formats to extend its lifecycle.
• Stay on top of platform trends and algorithms to ensure every post reaches its full potential.
• Track and analyse performance metrics; share insights to improve content and distribution strategy.
• Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive measurable growth.

What Were Looking For

• 03 years of experience in growth marketing, social media marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of organic content growth and cross-platform distribution.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram Growth Strategies is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and format per platform.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and iterating quickly.
• Curious, experimental, and proactive about testing new ideas and formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
