Role Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedGrowth Marketerto join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving product growth, engaging with traders, and expanding our user base. Youll collaborate with finance influencers, create vibrant communities, and spearhead innovative marketing initiatives.

Experience - Min 2 years to max 4 years

Salary Range - 8,00,000 to 15,00,000 Per Annum

Must have professional experience in Equity Market / Wealth management / Hedge fund linked Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Growth Leadership:Develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Trader Interaction:Engage directly with traders, understand their pain points, and tailor marketing efforts to address their needs.
• Partnerships:Collaborate with finance YouTubers, influencers, and industry experts to promote our software.
• Community Building:Create and nurture communities around our platform, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• New Feature Adoption:Work closely with the product team to drive adoption of new features among existing users.
• Innovative Marketing:Devise creative campaigns, A/B tests, and growth experiments to attract new customers.
• Data-Driven Insights:Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing efforts and measure success.
• B2B Partnerships : Engage with prospective clients for sales of Enterprise Products

Qualifications:

• MBA / Post Graduate in Sales/ Marketing
• 2 to 4 yearsof experience in growth marketing, preferably in the finance domain (stock market experience is a plus).
• Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement.
• Strategic Thinker:Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborative:Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Analytical Mindset:Proficient in data analysis tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Passion for Finance:A genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
