About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Storyteller, someone who doesn't just write the narrative, but engineers the automated workflows that drive it forward.In this role, you won't just be writing content; you will be building the systems that distribute it. You will sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and no-code operations.You are the ideal candidate if you love crafting a compelling B2B Blog posts/Social media posts, but you also obsess over how to automate the data entry of the leads that engage with it.

What You Will Do

1. Content Creation (The "Art")

• Long-form Writing: Draft AEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers that simplify complex B2B tech concepts.
• Social Strategy: Own the LinkedIn calendar. Write high-engagement posts for company and the brand handle.
• AI Co-Piloting: Act as our internal "Prompt Engineer." Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper to accelerate drafting, researching, and repurposing content without losing the human voice.

2. No-Code Automation (The "Science")

• Workflow Building: Build and maintain automations usingZapier orMake.com .
• Outbound Ops: Assist in setting up AI-driven outbound campaigns by cleaning data and personalizing intro lines at scale.
• CMS Management: Update and manage landing pages on Webflow/WordPress, ensuring all lead magnets trigger the correct email sequences.

The Tech Stack Youll Use

• AI/LLMs: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity.
• Automation: Make.com, Zapier, n8n.
• CMS/CRM: Zoho, Webflow

Who You Are

• Experience: 12 years in digital marketing, content writing, or growth operations.
• The "Tinkerer" Mindset: You have a portfolio not just of articles, but ofsystems . Youve played with API integrations or built a "Zap" just to see if you could.
• Strong Writer: You understand that AI is a tool, not a replacement. You can edit AI-generated text to ensure it sounds human, empathetic, and on-brand.
• Data-Literate: You understand basic logic (If/Then statements) and how data flows between B2B tools.
