Job Description

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a high-impact Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who combines strategic marketing leadership with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of how businesses scale. This role requires a marketing leader who not only drives brand and demand generation but also thinks like a business operator, owning growth outcomes and contributing directly to revenue and company strategy.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven companies, with a proven track record of building scalable growth engines, driving revenue, and leading marketing as a core business function.

In addition to traditional demand generation and brand marketing, this role will also focus on building influencer and creator-led marketing programs to strengthen brand authority and drive high-quality demand from key decision-makers.

This is a foundational leadership role that requires someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, partner closely with leadership, and help scale the company globally.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Act as a core business leader, contributing to overall company strategy, revenue planning, and market expansion.
  • Own marketing-driven revenue targets, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen with understanding of P&L, unit economics, CAC, LTV, and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align marketing strategy with business goals and revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, growth channels, and strategic partnerships.


Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Build and scale a predictable demand generation engine across paid, organic, partnerships, and influencer channels.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline generation aligned with enterprise and mid-market ICPs.
  • Optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to pipeline to revenue.
  • Implement data-driven growth experiments to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.


Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Develop and scale a B2B influencer marketing strategy targeting industry leaders, creators, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Build long-term partnerships with creators, thought leaders, and industry experts across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Launch creator-led campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and co-branded content to drive brand awareness and inbound demand.
  • Establish Flixstock as a thought leader through strategic creator collaborations and industry voices.


Performance Marketing & Growth Channels

  • Oversee paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other growth channels.
  • Ensure efficient budget allocation and ROI across marketing investments.
  • Continuously optimize key growth metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline conversion, and revenue attribution.
  • Build scalable multi-channel growth playbooks.


Brand & Market Positioning

  • Define and strengthen the global brand positioning for Flixstock in the AI, retail, and ecommerce technology ecosystem.
  • Drive thought leadership through content, PR, industry partnerships, and events.
  • Develop compelling category narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with enterprise buyers.


Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Build a data-first marketing organization with clear attribution from campaign to revenue.
  • Implement marketing systems and analytics frameworks to track pipeline contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting to guide strategic decision-making.


What Were Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong business acumen with experience influencing or owning revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable demand generation and growth systems.
  • Experience with influencer or creator-led marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise buying journeys, and revenue funnels.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in high-growth environments.


Good to Have:

  • Experience working with global markets (US, Europe, APAC).
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Prior experience in AI, SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech ecosystems.
  • Experience scaling marketing teams and managing large budgets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience running or scaling business units.
