Operators connect their ad accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify) and chat with their data in plain English no dashboards, no guessing, no noise. We're early-stage, funded, and building for agency owners, account managers, and founders who run paid media.

About the Role

You'll be our first marketing hire. That means you own the full funnel from getting the right people to notice CWA, to turning free users into paying customers. This is a hands-on builder role, not a manager role. You'll write the copy, run the ads, recruit the affiliates, and ship the campaigns yourself.

What You'll Do

• Write content that earns trust with ad operators (landing pages, threads, case studies, email sequences)
• Run paid acquisition across Google and Meta and use CWA to optimize it (dogfooding is the job)
• Build and grow our affiliate program recruit media buyers, influencers, and newsletter operators as partners
• Own lifecycle email to convert free users Pro ($49/mo) and Agency ($199/mo)
• Create product-led content: demo videos, use-case walkthroughs, teardowns, comparison pages
• Show up where ad operators hang out X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Slack groups, PPC communities
• Track acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics weekly. Kill what doesn't work fast.

What You Bring

• 35 years in growth, content, or performance marketing ideally in B2B SaaS or the ad/media buying space
• You've personally run paid campaigns (Google and/or Meta). You know what ROAS, creative fatigue, and search term reports mean because you've lived it.
• Strong writer. You can explain a complex product simply without sounding like a brochure.
• You've built a channel from zero before content, affiliate, community, paid and can show the results.
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• You default to shipping, not planning.

• You've worked at or marketed to ad agencies
• You have an audience (newsletter, Twitter, YouTube) in the marketing/ads space
• You've managed an affiliate or partner program before
