Job Description
Were looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in e-commerce paid media to drive ROAS, customer acquisition, and profitable campaign scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Drive ROAS, CAC & conversion rate improvements
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences & landing pages
- Monitor performance data & share actionable insights
- Manage tracking, pixels & conversion events
Requirements
- 2+ years in performance marketing
- Mandatory e-commerce experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven track record in ROAS optimization & scaling
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
