Hiring: D2C Head Retail Fashion Brand (Bangalore)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic D2C Head to lead and scale the digital commerce vertical for a rapidly growing retail fashion brand based in Bangalore . This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the fashion retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the brands entire D2C business strategy , including revenue, growth, and profitability.
• Develop and scale the online sales ecosystem , ensuring seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Drive performance marketing, CRM, retention, and digital brand-building initiatives.
• Oversee website operations, merchandising, demand planning, and inventory management for D2C.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, supply chain, tech, product & retail.
• Manage P&L, set quarterly/annual targets, and implement strategies to meet growth goals.
• Analyze customer data & insights to optimize conversions and improve retention.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing D2C teams.

Requirements

• 712 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail .
• Proven success in driving D2C revenue growth and managing complex digital operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance marketing & CRM.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
