Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Growth Manager will oversee and execute initiatives to strategically grow the business. Responsibilities include driving sales, analyzing data and trends, planning and managing projects, and identifying new opportunities to maximize business potential. The role also requires close collaboration with teams to ensure alignment on targets and strategies, fostering effective communication to drive results.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in working with Analytics to interpret data and drive insights
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven expertise in Sales and understanding of customer acquisition strategies
• Experience in Project Management to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for business growth
• Knowledge of market trends and business strategies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• Prior experience in a managerial role will be beneficial
