About the Role

We are looking for a driven Growth Manager to lead client acquisition for LehLahs SaaS platform. This is a high-ownership role focused on continuously pitching, closing, and onboarding brands while building a strong revenue pipeline. If you thrive on action, conversations, and conversions this role is built for you.


Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Continuously prospect, pitch, and onboard D2C brands, agencies, and enterprise clients
  • Own the complete sales cycle: outreach demo negotiation closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities


  • Product-Led Selling
  • Deliver sharp, insight-driven product demos
  • Understand client growth challenges and position LehLah as a business solution
  • Drive quick decision-making and shorten sales cycles


  • Market Expansion
  • Identify new verticals, use cases, and partnership opportunities
  • Share on-ground insights to strengthen GTM strategy and positioning
  • Contribute to building repeatable acquisition playbooks


  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Building
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and strong early adoption
  • Build long-term relationships that drive retention and expansion


Qualifications

  • 25 years experience in B2B SaaS / MarTech / AdTech / Agency sales or growth roles


Required Skills

  • Proven ability to pitch, persuade, and close clients independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Execution-focused self-starter with high ownership mindset
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, hustle-driven startup environments
