What Youll Own

Revenue & Business Growth

Own P&L of the Online Puja vertical

Drive monthly revenue growth targets

Improve AOV, LTV & repeat bookings

Launch premium packages & chadava bundles

Marketing & Funnel Optimization

Optimize end-to-end funnel (Landing Booking Puja Repeat)

Work closely with performance marketing (Meta / Google Ads)

Improve CAC efficiency

Drive high-impact festival campaigns (Mahashivratri, Navratri, etc.)

Product Strategy

Structure puja offerings (Basic / Premium / Festival Special)

Design upsell flows & experience differentiation

Improve customer journey & trust building

Cross-Functional Leadership

Align with operations & pandit allocation team

Build scalable SOPs

Ensure backend supports aggressive frontend growth

What Were Looking For

37 years experience in scaling D2C / service verticals

Strong analytical + execution mindset

Comfortable with ownership & accountability

Builder mentality (strategy + execution dono)

Spiritual / Astrology niche understanding = Big Plus
