Growth Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Manager, based in Lucknow. The Growth Manager will focus on developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include managing projects to ensure smooth execution, collaborating with teams to drive initiatives, and delivering measurable results to achieve the company's sales and expansion goals. The Growth Manager will also communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners to foster business growth.

• Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Project Management expertise to plan, execute, and deliver growth-oriented initiatives.
• Proficiency in utilizing Analytics tools and methodologies to assess market trends and performance.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or home dcor industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
