Overview :
Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and fostering long-term client relationships. This role involves promoting innovative advertising solutions, managing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Research and engage with potential clients through cold calling, social media and other marketing tools to generate new leads.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and potential clients to support company objectives.
Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create and implement sales strategies that drive new business and revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Profitability Forecasts: Monitor budgets, assess pricing models and forecast potential revenue growth opportunities.
Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Innovative Solutions: Promote state-of-the-art static, digital billboard and all OOH media advertising solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3-4 Yrs of experience in OOH media, press, radio or any form of advertising sales.
Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Economics or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of OOH, digital advertising trends and technologies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
