About the Role
The Growth Manager will be the driver of LXMEs post-acquisition growth engine owning every step from app download to revenue. This role focuses on activation, conversion, retention, and monetization across LXMEs UPI (Pay) and Investment (MF) products.
Youll use data, experimentation, and user insights to design scalable growth loops that turn new users into loyal, high-value customers.
What Youll Build / Lead / Own:
Design and own the post-download growth funnel across LXME Pay and LXME Invest.
Drive activation, repeat transactions, and retention through data-led interventions.
Optimize distribution business conversions to maximize accounts & AUM .
Lead partner-led growth initiatives such as bootcamps and collaborations.
Build and manage growth dashboards, cohorts, and analytics frameworks.
Experiment with journeys, communications, and in-app behavior to increase revenue per user.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales to align user experience with business outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
Increase Conversion rate from activation revenue.
Growth in monthly growth in AUM and TPV.
Increase Retention & reactivation rates.
Reduce CAC through improved funnel efficiency.
Improve Revenue per active user (RPU).
Consistent data-driven experimentation and insight generation.

Obsessed with cohorts, funnels, and retention metrics.
Analytical, execution-focused, and relentless about driving business outcomes.
Experienced in fintech or payments and comfortable scaling 0110 growth journeys.
Passionate about LXMEs mission to make financial confidence accessible to every woman.
Qualifications & Experience:
46 years of experience in fintech / payments / consumer tech growth or product roles.
Deep understanding of user lifecycle metrics, funnel analytics, and growth frameworks.
Hands-on with data tools (Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Moengage, SQL, GA4, or equivalent).
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or user retention outcomes.
Exposure to mutual funds, UPI, or financial platforms preferred.
