Role Overview

The Growth Manager is responsible for leading the complete sales journey from site visit to booking. This role drives revenue generation, conversion efficiency, and inventory movement while combining strong people leadership with a Home Buyer-centric sales approach.

The role ensures Home Buyers move from initial interest to confident booking decisions through structured guidance, transparent communication, and value-driven deal structuring.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Drive monthly booking and revenue targets.
  • Ensure consistent improvement in visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
  • Maximize average deal value through optimized deal structuring.
  • Focus on reducing slow-moving inventory through strategic closures.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and coach sales executives to improve performance.
  • Monitor site visit handling and negotiation quality.
  • Participate in complex negotiations and final booking discussions.
  • Ensure strong ownership and accountability within the team.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Review daily and weekly dashboards (bookings, revenue, conversions).
  • Track sales performance metrics and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate and timely updates.
  • Ensure seamless handover between Pre-Sales, Sales, and CRM teams.

Home Buyer Support Responsibilities

  • Guide Home Buyers through pricing, inventory options, and booking finalization.
  • Provide transparent communication and fair deal structures.
  • Align Home Buyer needs with the most suitable inventory.
  • Build trust-driven, respectful relationships during negotiations.
  • Offer clarity and confidence during booking discussions.

Daily Activities

  • Monitor booking and revenue dashboards.
  • Coach sales executives on closure techniques and objection handling.
  • Review site visit outcomes and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with CRM for post-booking processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing and inventory strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Work closely with:
  • Pre-Sales Team
  • Sales Team (Growth Consultants)
  • CRM & Home Journey Teams
  • Marketing & Operations Teams
  • Finance & Senior Management

Ensure aligned goals and a smooth Home Buyer journey from inquiry to registration.

Tools & Systems

  • CRM systems for pipeline and performance tracking
  • Sales dashboards and MIS reports
  • Inventory management tools
  • Pricing and approval workflows
  • Internal communication platforms
