Founding Growth Manager
Were building data infrastructure for how modern teams understand and manage their presence across the web. Our customers rely on accurate, well-presented data to make real business decisions.
This role is for someone early in their career who understands SEO and how the web works, but doesnt just want to do SEO. You will learn how real products grow, how customers think, and how a startup actually operates.
Your knowledge of search, content, and visibility will directly inform how we serve customers and shape the product. You wont be doing intern" work. Youll work closely with the CEO and sit at the intersection of product, customers, and growth.
What Youll Do:
Work directly with customers
- Help them understand what the data is saying
- Walk them through insights and reports
- Be their point of contact during onboarding and early usage
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team
- Translate real-world problems into product feedback
- Surface patterns in what users are confused about or asking for
Support go-to-market and growth efforts
- Help craft narratives around what the product does
- Assist with content, docs, and simple materials for customers
- Think from an SEO lens.
Run small growth experiments
- Try new ways of explaining value
- Test messaging and positioning
- Learn what resonates with real teams
Who This Is For
- Final-year student or recent graduate
- Has real exposure to SEO or web growth (projects, freelancing, blogs, internships, experiments)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable talking to people (email, calls, chat)
- Curious about products and startups
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Thinks clearly and communicates simply
- Extremely hard working - this is not a regular 9 - 5 job
- Not intimidated by tools, dashboards, or data
- Hungry to learn and take ownership
