Now, we are looking for a Growth Manager to pour fuel on the fire (in a good way).
We are an analytics company; we live and breathe numbers. We build powerful analytics in the US and Indian stock market space that are best in class. Organic growth in B2B and B2C products have already made the company profitable. We deliver 1 billion+ APIs every month to B2B customers, and have a B2C website and app.
Our founders are IIT + IIM graduates, with strong tech and marketing experience. We have top finance and management experts on the Board of Directors.

We want someone who can look at our user funnel, from a casual visitor checking the price of a stock to an expert user building complex backtests, to spot the growth opportunities everyone else misses.
Your Portfolio of Responsibilities:
- Own the user acquisition and retention strategy. You aren't just driving traffic . This role owns the entire marketing funnel, moving beyond acquisition to CRM led engagement, and a seamless end-to-end user experience through continuous testing and optimization.
- Design and execute experiments across SEO, email, referral programs, ads, and perhaps channels we haven't thought of yet. Lead planning, execution, and optimization.
- Understand why a user signs up but doesn't subscribe. Is it the price? The complexity? The market sentiment? You will decode the user journey and focus on the user experience.
- Work directly with the Product and Engineering teams to bake growth features into the platform. We give our performers significant autonomy.
This role is for you if:
- You know your CAC , LTV, and the metrics that matter. You have a B2C background and have successfully scaled a product (bonus points if its in fintech).
- You have done cohort analysis and conversion funnels.
- You dont try to just buy users: you find leverage in product-led growth.

Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in growth marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Management post-graduates are preferred.
- Experience with various marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
- Some understanding of equity markets and stocks.
- Work on trading platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent 5/5 written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to work well with teams and multiple stakeholders
