Job Summary: Join our visionary team as Product Manager, driving innovation and growth for the Direct-to-Consumer business of Nat Habit. You will be responsible for the optimization of our website, oversee the development of a new app and drive the topline through continuous improvement in conversion rates and AOV.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Optimization:
Lead the enhancement and optimization of the current website for an improved user experience and subsequently conversions.
Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.
Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.
Product Planning:
Develop and communicate a product roadmap to drive revenue through CRO, improving retention and AOV.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to make inform strategic decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.
Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions and measure product success.
Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize features and functionalities.
Ideal candidate will have:
Around 4-7 years of experience in product & growth role in B2C segment.
Demonstrated success in driving growth through website and app improvements
Ability to derive meaningful insights from available data and convert them in to implementable ideas.
Bias for action and ownership to drive projects from ideation to completion efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of key business objectives and ability to drive innovations for achieving them.
