Job Description
Location: Delhi-NCR (Work from Office)
Salary: 45,000 50,000 per month
CureAble is a child development & therapy organization operating across home-based services and multi-location centres in Delhi-NCR. We work with neurodivergent children and special needs families through structured therapy programs, schools, hospitals, and community partnerships.
We are building CureAble as a long-term institution not a short-term startup.
About the RoleThis is not a traditional digital marketing role.
This is an ownership role.
The Growth Operations Lead will be responsible for end-to-end growth execution across:
Performance marketing
Local marketing & GMB
Partnerships (schools, hospitals, NGOs)
Funnel optimization
Agency management
Revenue coordination with counselling & sales teams
You will operate at the intersection of marketing, growth, partnerships, and revenue systems.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities- Own CureAbles growth roadmap across centers and home services
- Translate business goals into execution plans
- Build quarterly and monthly growth plans
- Track outcomes and continuously optimize
- Own Google Ads & Meta Ads strategy
- Work with performance agencies (Digidzn etc.)
- Monitor CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion to admission
- Design landing page & funnel improvements
Align ad strategy with counselling & sales teams
- Own Google My Business for all centers
- Improve rankings, reviews, content & geo visibility
- Drive near me discovery
- Hyper-local marketing execution
- Build school partnerships
- Hospital collaborations
- NGO & community partnerships
- Design collaboration models
- Execute camps, events, parent programs
- Track ROI from offline initiatives
- Manage social media agency

- 37 years experience in growth / performance / marketing ops
- Experience in B2C or service businesses (mandatory)
- Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience working with agencies
- Comfortable with numbers & reporting
- Healthcare / education experience is a plus
