About the Role

The Growth & Strategy Lead (Client Partner) will act as a strategic advisor and primary thinking partner for clients. This role involves understanding business challenges and translating them into clear, actionable growth strategies and compelling pitch narratives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth and marketing strategy for FMCG, D2C, and B2B clients
  • Conduct strategic audits across marketing funnels, performance metrics, content, and brand positioning
  • Develop comprehensive growth roadmaps and strategic frameworks
  • Create high-quality strategy decks and pitch presentations for internal and client use
  • Actively participate in client pitch meetings and strategic discussions
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with strategic direction
  • Provide clarity and guidance to ensure seamless strategy execution


What Success Looks Like

  • Delivery of clear, concise, and founder-ready strategy decks
  • Strong and confident contribution during client pitches
  • High levels of client trust, clarity, and long-term relationship building


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 35 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, or agency environments
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or B2B brands is preferred
