About the Role
The Growth & Strategy Lead (Client Partner) will act as a strategic advisor and primary thinking partner for clients. This role involves understanding business challenges and translating them into clear, actionable growth strategies and compelling pitch narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth and marketing strategy for FMCG, D2C, and B2B clients
- Conduct strategic audits across marketing funnels, performance metrics, content, and brand positioning
- Develop comprehensive growth roadmaps and strategic frameworks
- Create high-quality strategy decks and pitch presentations for internal and client use
- Actively participate in client pitch meetings and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with strategic direction
- Provide clarity and guidance to ensure seamless strategy execution

- Delivery of clear, concise, and founder-ready strategy decks
- Strong and confident contribution during client pitches
- High levels of client trust, clarity, and long-term relationship building
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 35 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, or agency environments
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable engaging with founders and senior stakeholders
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or B2B brands is preferred
