eFunds is scaling fast, and were looking for an experienced lending professional who has led large teams, cracked retail loan volumes, and understands the DSA ecosystem inside-out .

This role is NOT for freshers or first-time managers.

What Youll Own

• Lead and manage a 40+ member sales & processing team
• Drive disbursements across:
• Business Loans
• Personal Loans
• Home Loans
• Working Capital / SME Loans
• Own the end-to-end lending lifecycle sourcing to disbursal
• Work closely with Banks, NBFCs & Digital Lenders
• Track MIS, approval ratios, productivity & conversions
• Ensure compliance, quality sourcing & lender SOP adherence
• Build a high-performance, numbers-driven team culture

Who Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Retail Loans (mandatory)
• Solid exposure to Unsecured Lending & Working Capital
• Prior experience in a DSA setup is a big plus
• Experience in processing SME loans is an added advantage
• Proven track record of handling large teams (40+)
• Deep understanding of credit policies, lender norms & eligibility
• Execution-focused leader who can scale business
