As we scale, we are looking for a Growth Lead to drive patient acquisition, optimize the conversion funnel, and build scalable growth engines across digital and offline channels.


Role Overview

The Growth Lead will be responsible for building and executing Lumas growth plans across acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires a mix of data-driven marketing, experimentation, partnerships, and funnel optimisation, especially linked to healthcare / retail.

You will work closely with marketing, product, clinical teams, and founder to identify growth opportunities and execute high-impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute Lumas end-to-end growth strategy for patient acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify high-impact growth channels and prioritize initiatives based on data and ROI.
  • Build scalable growth systems to support rapid expansion.

Patient Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing).
  • Build referral, partnership, and community growth channels.
  • Explore healthcare partnerships with channel partners, affiliates etc.

Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze the patient journey and conversion funnel from consultation to consideration to conversion.
  • Improve conversion rates across landing pages, appointment booking, and onboarding.
  • Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments regularly.

Data & Analytics

  • Track key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
  • Use insights to guide growth experiments and budget allocation.

Product-Led Growth

  • Work with the product team to improve user experience and engagement on Lumas website and app
  • Identify opportunities for automation, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

Partnerships & Community

  • Build partnerships with:
  • Fertility communities
  • Womens health platforms
  • Develop referral and community-led growth programs.

Key Metrics You Will Own

  • Patient acquisition growth
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion rate (lead -> consultation -> conversion)
  • Patient engagement & referrals
  • Growth experiment velocity


Requirements:

Experience

  • 58 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or growth strategy
  • Experience in healthtech, consumer health, wellness, or digital health startups is mandatory
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition channels in offline healthcare

Skills

  • Strong data analytics and experimentation mindset
  • Expertise in performance marketing and growth funnels
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus:

  • Experience in fertility, women's health, or healthcare marketing
  • Experience with community-led or product-led growth

Compensation: 10-20LPA (depending on experience) + ESOPs
