Role Description

  • Lead end-to-end growth strategy by aligning CMOs, sales leadership, and founders on priorities, trade-offs, and execution.
  • Run hypothesis-driven experimentations across products, channels, creatives, audiences, UX.
  • Lead paid, and organic growth initiatives with a data-first mindset
  • Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic
  • Managing full-funnel performance metrics, from CPM/CPC to LTV/CAC, and identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scale.
  • Drive high-quality leads with clear AUM potential, not just low CPL
  • Partner with product and analytics, and sales leadership to improve leads


Ideal background and experience:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
  • Experience in BFSI, fintech, wealth, or high-consideration financial products
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
  • Experience working closely with sales or relationship teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement and funnel optimisations. (BI, SQL, experimentation, statistically rigorous testing, conversion optimizations).
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, creative ops engineering, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with engineering concepts and ability to work with technical teams to ship growth and MarTech infrastructure.
  • A test-and-learn mindset and comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.


Strong plus:

  • Experience handling high-ticket or long sales cycle products
  • Data-first, and customer-aware
  • First-principles consulting thinking with hands-on operator execution.
