Snooplay is building a vertical quick-commerce engine for babies & kids - delivering curated toys, baby

care, fashion, gear & essentials in 60 minutes across Delhi-NCR.

What this role is

A high-ownership, founders officestyle growth role where youll work directly with the core team on:

1. Digital + Offline Customer Acquisition

Brainstorm and run scrappy growth experiments across Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta ads, societies, cafs, preschools, events, and hyperlocal hubs.
Explore low-cost or no-cost ways to get parents to try Snooplays 60-minute delivery.
Build small GTM playbooks for micro-neighbourhoods in Delhi NCR.

2. Leverage and Nurture the Existing Customer Base

Reach out to Snooplays current customers via calls, WhatsApp, visits and micro-activations to: understand their experience so far tell them about Snooplays new 60-min delivery service and expanded categories nudge them to try us again with relevant, personalised hooks.
Identify champion users who can become advocates and referral engines.

3. Customer Research & Ground Truth

Talk to parents regularly and convert conversations into clear insights & action points.
Visit parent communities, societies, baby stores, play schools know the ground better than Google Analytics.
Become the voice of the customer inside the room.
